Squid is scored and Sautéed lightly in Vegetable Oil.
The Chorizo is Sliced and added to the Pan until it’s juices colour the pan.
Sun dried tomatoes are then added 2 minutes later with all ingredients now
simmering together in the same pan.
A Rocket garnish is laid on each plate dressed with oil & balsamic and the Squid, Chorizo
and sun-dried tomatoes are then presented nicely on each plate.
A great dish!
