- Basil pesto (store bought)
- Goats curd
This is a delicious and simple dish for when you are feeling a little lazy.
Firstly boil your water for you spaghetti, i add a pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil to the water so it doesn’t get sticky. When your water is really boiling ad the pasta and cook until it is al dente.
When you pasta is cooked drain the water and add the pesto. You can add as much as you like.
Serve it with a scoup of goats curd and a sprinkling of grated lemon rind.
