- 500ml stock made from veg stock cube
- Olive oil
- Single cream

Cook the peas in a pan with 500ml boiling water, stock cube and a little salt and pepper
When tender puree in a food processor or blender.
return to the pan and throughly heat through.
Add some olive oil and taste
Add single cream.
Can add ham to this– delicious with and without!
Crusty bread – French stick!
Enjoy with crusty bread.
If made in advance, heat through before serving.
I keep my rinds from Parmesan cheese, use a small piece, chop them up small and add the to the peas at the beginning for an extra dimension.
