Make a Marie Rose Sauce for 4 persons..
100ml Tomato Sauce
pinch salt & pepper
4 drops Worcestershire sauce
2 drops tabasco sauce
Mix together until a lovely pink colour and leave in bowl ready to use.
Shred one whole iceberg lettuce … taking out the middle beforehand.
Mix Baby prawns into the marie rose sauce
Then lift out the Baby prawns and mix with the shredded lettuce in a mixing bowl leaving the marie rose
sauce in the bowl for later use.
Present the shredded lettuce and Baby Prawn cocktail in a tower in the centre of the plate
Drizzle the marie rose sauce around the plate for effect and extra sauce.
Place Tiger Prawn on top of Salad
Hey presto.. Easy as that.
