- Fresh Trout
- Salt and pepper
On special at the local supermarket. Couple of trout for a few quid. Serve with salad and potatoes.
Wash and clean the trout. (fishmonger will clean the inside if you ask)
Wrap in silver foil with a bit of salt and pepper and a couple of slices of lemon. Pop in the oven for 20 mins Gas mark 5 or 190 degrees Celsius.
