  • Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Parmesan
  • 150 ml single cream

A great accompaniment to any meal.
Wash the chard a few times to ensure really clean.
Chop and onion finely and fry in oil for a few mins– place the washed chard in a large oven proof dish with high sides. Mix the cooked onion, single cream, nutmeg and salt and pepper to ensure the chard is coated thoroughly.
Sprinkle the parmesan over the top and bake in the oven for approx. 15-20 mins on gas mark 6 on a middle shelf.
Remove, stir and serve. Drizzle the creamy sauce over potatoes.
